New 1st to 4th Floor Retirement Flats and Meeting Centre on Ground Floor

Despite the fact that the 24 retirements homes are part of the “Serata” old people’s centre, the new flats have been designed to be completely independent. There are two basic types of flat on the 1st to 4th floors: the eight larger flats each with 3½ rooms and 77 m² with their fine vistas to the south and the park. The 16 slightly smaller 2½-room flats measuring 65 m² face west to the setting sun and have been designed for use as a care unit if required. Naturally, the kitchens and bathrooms in all 24 flats are suitable for use by disabled people and feature air conditioning. The services provided by the old people’s centre next door are available to all residents at any time.
