The L-formed building was divided into three cubes based on the various activities performed in it. The floor plan is modular in design on an axis measuring 8 by 12 m. The two halls for commercial activities were constructed from a one-storey steel construction with lime-sand brick infilling and external horizontal sinusoid sheet-metal covering. The three-storey administrative building façade is in contrast with exposed lime-sand brick masonry.
